Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Please note that certain items — such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale — are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
